Once you access the Email Editor locate the element within your email template or campaign that you want to hide on either mobile or desktop view. This could be any element, for this example, we'll use an image.

After locating the desired element you have two ways to approach this. Let's go over them.

Hover Approach

Hover your mouse pointer over the element you wish to hide. When you hover, you should see an action menu or options appear.

Within the action menu, you will typically find options to hide the element specifically on mobile or desktop. Select the appropriate option based on your optimization needs. For example, click the phone icon to hide the element on mobile devices.

If you don't like the hover method, you can change the visibility from the element settings. To access this option click the element to open the menu on the left side.
