You will be presented with a list of all your affiliates on the platform. Locate and click on the profile of the affiliate under whom you want to add sub-affiliates. Ensure that the affiliate is active before proceeding to the next steps.
Adding Sub-Affiliates
Once you are on the affiliate's profile page, you will see all the relevant information and details about this affiliate. To add sub-affiliates, follow these steps:
Finding the Sub-Affiliate Tab
Scroll down to the bottom of the page until you find the Sub-Affiliate tab. Click on it to view a list of all sub-affiliates already added under this parent affiliate.
Adding a New Sub-Affiliate
To add a new sub-affiliate, click on the button on the right side of the screen. A pop-up will appear allowing you to enter the sub-affiliate details.
The first step in the pop-up is to choose the campaign for which you want to add the sub-affiliate. By default, it selects the first campaign the parent affiliate was added to.
You will see two lists in the pop-up. The first list allows you to pick affiliates already present in the system. The second list shows existing sub-affiliates under this parent affiliate. You can search by name or email and click on the profile to add it.
Once you have made your selections, click on 'Save'.
If the affiliate you wish to add is not already on the platform, you can create a new profile directly from this flow by clicking on Add Affiliate, entering their information, and then saving.
By following the outlined steps, you can efficiently add sub-affiliates to existing affiliates, ensuring your campaigns are organized and running effectively.
