How to Rearrange Media for a Social Post

Creating engaging social media posts is seamless with the ability to select, manage, and rearrange multiple media files directly from the Media Library in the Social Planner. This functionality simplifies your workflow, enabling you to organize media efficiently and focus on delivering impactful content that connects with your audience.
To begin, navigate to Marketing > Social Planner. Create a new post by clicking the “+New Post” button and then selecting "Create New Post" in the dropdown.
Choose the Social Media Platform
Within the social planner interface, select the social media platform you wish to create a post for in “Post to” the dropdown.
Click on the picture icon to create an image using AI or Upload it from your media library.
📌NOTE: You can also upload videos from the media library.
Within the media library, hover on the desired photo, and click on the “Select” option within the three dots icon. Choose the images and videos you need, then click “Insert files.”
Selected images uploaded from your media library appear like this in the social planner.
Drag and Drop the images to rearrange them in your preferred positions.
You can choose to Save it for later, or within the Post dropdown select your preferred posting option.
