Inventory Management

The Inventory Management page offers a simplified approach to managing stock, enhancing both efficiency and accuracy.

The Inventory Management page offers a simplified approach to stock management, enhancing efficiency and accuracy. This feature facilitates seamless updates to product quantities and includes the option to "Continue selling when out of stock," alongside improved search capabilities.

To access the Inventory Management page, navigate to Payments > Products dropdown > Inventory.

Search 

Utilize the search functionality to locate certain products by entering the SKU or product/variant name.

Product Name 

Review the product name and variant details to facilitate accurate product identification.

Stock-Keeping Unit (SKU)

View the SKU assigned to each product. Products without a provided SKU will be displayed as "NO SKU."

Available Quantity

View and update product quantities for each product variant.

Ensure that all changes are either saved or canceled before leaving the page; unsaved changes will prevent page navigation.

Continue Selling When Out Of Stock

If you wish to enable the "Continue selling when out of stock" option, toggle this setting on.

After making the necessary inventory adjustments, remember to click Save to apply the changes. If you decide not to make any changes, click Cancel to discard them.

  • Clicking on a product variant will redirect you to the variant detail page from the Inventory page.

By utilizing these features, store owners can maintain optimal inventory levels and improve their overall management processes.
