Client Portal Notifications

Access and manage all notifications within the application
The Client Portal Notifications feature centralizes all notifications from both the client portal and its associated child apps into one convenient location – the Notifications Tab. This streamlined approach ensures that you can easily access, review, and manage all of your notifications in one place, eliminating the need to check multiple areas.
How It Works
Login to the Client Portal and locate the Bell icon in the upper right-hand section. All notifications, including those from child apps (courses, communities, etc.), will be listed here.
Community-related notifications include: being tagged in a comment or post, @everyone mentions in a comment or post, requests to join (from users or admins), membership approval or decline, new courses added in the Learning Tab (for users), new likes, new comments, and new replies to comments.
Click on each notification to view details or take relevant actions. Additionally, you can filter the notification display to catch up on notifications you have not yet seen. This feature ensures that you stay up-to-date with important updates and alerts without having to manually search through past notifications.
After reviewing your notifications, you can mark them as read by selecting the three-dot menu. Once this is done, the Unread section will be cleared.
