Quiz Submissions

The Submissions section allows you to access, filter, and export quiz responses easily. You can organize data, search for entries, and customize displayed columns for better analysis.
Quizzes are a great way to engage users, collect insights, and assess knowledge. Once participants complete a quiz, their responses are stored in the submissions section, where you can easily access and manage the data. This guide walks you through how to view, filter, and export quiz submissions effectively.
To access submissions, navigate to Sites > Quizzes > Submissions. Here, you can manage all quiz responses, refine search results, and organize data to fit your needs.
Export Quizzes Data
If you need a backup or want to analyze responses externally, click the Export button to download quiz data in a convenient format, such as CSV or Excel. Once you confirm the export, a download link will be generated and sent to your email within 5 minutes. Please note that this link will expire after 7 days.
Filter By Quiz
If you have multiple quizzes, you can filter submissions by selecting a specific quiz in the dropdown.
View Quizzes By Date Range
Use the date filter to display submissions from a particular time. This is useful for tracking responses over a specific campaign or reporting period.
Refresh Quiz Data
Keep your submission data up to date by clicking the Refresh button. This ensures any new submissions are instantly reflected in the table.
Search For Submissions
Use the Search bar to find submissions based on names, emails, or other identifying details.
Manage Displayed Columns
Customize the submission table to show only the data you need.
Users can select, deselect, and reorder the columns to view the data in the order they prefer. Once you have finalized the columns you wish to view, and the order, select the “Apply” button to maintain your changes. The Submissions table will be refreshed to match your preferences.
Quizzes Submission Table
The Quiz Submission Table displays all submissions for a selected Quiz, or all Quizzes if no specific one is selected. Key submission details, such as the respondent's name, email, and submission date, are shown prominently for each entry unless the columns are adjusted.
Adjust the width of each column by expanding the edges.
Viewing Submission Details
Click on the expand icon to view an individual submission. By selecting a quiz from this list, you can view the full submission details on the right-hand side. Click the download icon to download that submission in PDF format.
Managing quiz submissions ensures you make the most of the data collected. Whether filtering responses, exporting reports, or analyzing individual answers, these features provide an easy and efficient way to stay organized. With these steps, you’ll always have a clear overview of quiz performance and participant engagement.
